Sandra Maisano is a creative artist. “I always had to be creating some form of art since I was very little. My passions are watercolor painting, sculpting in porcelain and presently creating jewelry from silverware.

I live in beautiful North Bay where I have raised three children (all grown and on their own) I have been married 26 years to a wonderful man (He hunts for some of my silver!) and he is very supportive.

I became interested in silver when a friend asked me to take a class with her. I learned how to make a ring and I got hooked right away. I’ve never enjoyed something so much. Rings led to bracelets, then pendants, then wind chimes. I’m always coming up with new ideas.

I don’t use heat (I don’t want to burn down my house) and only the best silverware is selected.

My husbands garage is now my favorite work place and he has been kind enough to alter his vice with Neoprene, a protective tough plastic. This prevents nicks and dents in the soft silver.

Besides jewelry, my imagination has led me to create many other products such as wind chimes, dog tags, key chains and key holders.

If you have any old or forgotten silverware lying around be sure to give me a call.

Custom Orders:
Would you like to have your relatives silver made into jewelry? I believe that you should be wearing a reminder of your loved ones. Better to have a pendant or a ring on you all of the time instead of in your drawer.
When you wear your silver daily it seldom tarnishes. So if you have silver, enjoy it.

Jewelry Making Classes:
Classes are available upon request and are kept small to insure plenty of one on one teachings. Two hour sessions are just $30.00.

Thank you for helping me recycle flatware and preserve the art of silversmiths. May you always be aware of the energy around and within you.”
